Refunds Policy

We do not accept returns or cancellations, all sales are final.

Accidental orders can be refunded if order labels have not been printed and/or shipped.

Damages during the shipment of the product can also be refunded. If your product is damaged, please take detailed photos of the product and box. Failure to send either may result in a denied return.

All returns will come in the form of store credit equal to the product price. 

Slimes that are sticky or stiff due to weather conditions and transit will not be returned. To fix sticky or stiff slimes, please view your slime care card included in your order, or visit our Slime Care Tab on our website.
